Medika Web designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for medical practices on a monthly subscription basis. The specific deliverables, price, and inclusions for your plan are those described to you in writing at the time you sign up.
2. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
- Services are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
- You may cancel at any time. Your website remains live until the end of the current billing period.
- There are no setup fees and no long-term contract unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and the content/materials needed to build your site.
- Ensure you have the rights to any text, images, or logos you supply.
- Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
You own your content and, upon full payment, the final design and content delivered for your site. You may migrate away at any time. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
5. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not provide medical, legal, or marketing advice, and we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or traffic.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medika Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered seat of Smart Digital Asset S.r.l., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
